Articles registration pending due to lack of vacancy

28 April 2014 Sir,
I registered for articles on 10 jan 2014, still my registration is not processed, i made a call to Chennai ICAI they said i posted the letter late and asked to pay a condemnation fee of Rs.100 which i paid , still my registration is pending again when i made a call to Chennai ICAI they said there is no vacancy under the CA, But the sir has 8 Articled assistants and 2 places are vacant..what should i do?

28 April 2014 you need to check whether or not your principal has filed Form 108 for the articles who have already completed their articleship under him.

Sir has filled form 108 for one articled who had completed his articleship and without him there are 8 members working as articled assistants . Sir membership no: 208776, M.Sivarama Krishna. Nikhil sir please check the status from the link https://220.225.242.179/locm_article.asp?MRH_MRN=208776
