HELLO ANYBODY TELL ME WHAT IS THE CUT OFF DATE FOR ARTICLES REGISTRATION .I HAVE PASSED IPCC IN JULY2013 AND I ALREADY COMPLETED OP AND ITT

there is no such cut off date for registration as an article.It is as per your convinience.
It will be better to register when u start working in ca firm as after 2.5 years of continous articleship training your first attempt will be decided.

There is no cut-off date for articleship registration but your date of commencement of articleship shall decide your CA Final exam eligibility.
If you got commencement of your articleship on or before 31-10-2013 then you get the eligibility for your CA final exams for May 2016 attempt. And even one day delay for articleship commencement(i.e started from 1-11-2013) your eligibility attempt of Final is November 2016 i.e means one day delays lost your six months time.
So it depend on your interest but there is no cut-off date as per CA regulations.
