i got registered for articles by paying a fees of rs 2000 and now i received a letter from icai stating to register for final by paying rs.10000 and they kept my articles in hold .why icai has send me the letter"

U Must Resister to Finals at the time of Registering to Articles. If u have completed both groups of IPC.
