Can we change the sole Articles of Association of the company and replace the article with the new one.
As lot many clauses are to be added to Articles as company is going to be listed in BSE SME

Yes, the Articles may be ameneded accdoringly with special resolution and form 23 need to be filed with ROC.

Yes you can very well adopt the new set of articles of association by passing the special resolution as per the Section 31 of the Articles of Association.
