18 October 2014 sir i had commended articles on 1/4/2014 and taken termination on 31/8/2014. I termination leaves taken filled by principal were 35 days. institute replied that i had taken excess leave of 16 days. i had joined in another firm from 20/9/2014 am i eligible to write november 2016 attempt. can exces leave be reduced from current leaves taken

18 October 2014 you may miss November 2016 attempt as your articleship completion date is expected to spill over to May 2017. Kindly contact regional ICAI office/branch before submission of new Form 103.
