21 September 2014 i had completed my 18 months of article training.Distance from my hom to firm is 36 K.M's up n down covering a distance of 72 k.m's.Recently i met with an accident.and doctors are advicing not to travel such a vast distance..as im having seveour bak pain.and i want to transfer my articles to my near place..my question is as per ICAI norms in order to terminate artices there are some reasons which need to be shown to institute to get prior permission for termination.on the other hand my prinicple is not objecting the termination..he is willing to giv termination..wheter on these grounds..icai will giv permission to tak termination..?

22 September 2014 you need to submit doctor's certificate for advise for rest for atleast 3 months. on the basis of this certificate, you need to submit request for ICAI approval for termination of articleship with current CA
