Hi
i am serving a notice period at current employment, exit date is 26/10/2012, i m going to start my articleship from 27/10/2012 if i purchase a stamp paper today will it be a case of double employment for 10 days .. please guide

Mr.Dilip Joshi After deep and slow reading of your question i understand your doubt. I think your question is at present you are working in an organisation and you have to regain such job on 26-10-2012 and comes out and from 27-10-2012 starts your articleship but you want to purchase stamp paper today, then is any problem to your articleship i.e from today to upto date of regaining of job is considered as you working in such organisation as well as doing articleship. I.e both will be considered at a time is your question.
Date of the stamp paper is not relavent to the articleship. It is important to the agreement date. So date of stamp paper should be on or before to the agreement date by you and your employer only thing is important and required. So commencement of articleship date should be relavent and considered what date you filled in form 102 & 103. So event though you purchased stamp paper today but your agreement date and articleship commencement date will be on or after 27-10-2012 i.e after the date of regain of job. So this between days i.e from today to 26-10-2012 doesn't considered as articleship period and not relavent for employment. So no question of double employment at a time.
So in one word if your articleship commencement date is on or after 27-10-2012 eventhough stamp paper purchased today then you said 10 days will not considered as double employment(according to your words). Are you clarified?
