Article ship transfer

09 May 2014 Sir,I have joined articleship on 27-04-2013 and now I have filled the form 109 for termination on 26.04.2014 and not sent to icai still. But I have heard that icai would get doubt and would cancel our transfer if we fill the form on one day before completion of 1yr of article ship ,
Please suggest me any solution !!
Would it really be problematic if I submit it with 26.04.2014?
Or can I change it with whitener?

09 May 2014 there is no problem. instead on wasting time on hearsay, submit the forms with ICAI at the earliest.
