Article ship termination in 1st year ?

12 August 2014 Dear Sir,

I m join in IPCC articles 28.10.2013 under direct entry scheme. Due to some personal problems i want to termination my articles in 28.10.2014.
i will attempt my exams (Group 1) in November14

After termination of articles i will be eligible to attempt exams IPCC (Group1 and Group2)?

14 August 2014 just one more thing. You complete first year on 27.10.2014 please take transfer on this date or before. once first year is completed, without reason transfer is not permitted.

download online or to buy from ICAI center?
What are the requirements for Termination?

14 August 2014 you wont file 108 but Form 109. Form 108 is to be used for completion of aritcleship.

Form 108 as well form 109 can be downloaded from ICAI website.

14 August 2014 if you take termination on or before 27.10.2014, then you just need to sign form 109 and send it to ICAI. if you decide to take transfer after this date, then you need to first take icai approval for transfer. only after the approval is received, form 109 can be signed
