19 November 2014 sir.
Iam a direct entry student
currently iam doing article ship and completed 1 year of training. But during the tight schedule i cant get leave for study..
even the firm is small but so may work is there( vat service tax tds vat registration etc..comon)
there is only 1 article( me) & 1 paid staff

Sir i want to know that if i wish to transfer wat is the procedure bcz iam more than 1 year of training
or

termination of articleship -after completing the inter and re join

Plz suggest me.
plz help...

20 November 2014 go through the rules for transfer after one year of articleship. If your case fits into that, then you can opt for the same. Termination may NOT serve the necessary purpose.
