Can anyone tell me:- A recently pass CA when got COP, then from which Date he is eligible to train the article?

I have registered my 3 months re-registration trainning with CA with COP holding 2012, But Inst. cancel it by saying ur CA have no vacancy, whether My CA has not engage other article during that time. Than what I have to do.

Your CA is not eligible to train article ship because he has not completed period of 3 years as member. So Institute has rejected your re registration.
