i am PCC student My Articles is going to Expiry in FEB 2012,at present i want to take Termination is it possible?if possible after termination who can sing in Examination Form previous employer or any body else?

If ur Articleship expired in Feb, 2012 then u can definitely intimate in form 108 to ICAI abt completion of ur Articleship by filling it thru ur principal.
N ur Exam form can be signed or attested by any Practicing CA, its not necessary dt u have to get it signed from ur principal.
