i am PCC student My Articles is going to Expiry in FEB 2012,at present i want to take Termination is it possible?if possible after termination who can sing in Examination Form previous employer or any body else?
plz reply urgent

13 July 2012 If ur Articleship expired in Feb, 2012 then u can definitely intimate in form 108 to ICAI abt completion of ur Articleship by filling it thru ur principal.
N ur Exam form can be signed or attested by any Practicing CA, its not necessary dt u have to get it signed from ur principal.
