I am Prashanth PCC Student. I want to take my articalship transfer because my principle is discontinued is practice and he is going employment. i dont no the procedure how to take transfer please help me

The request, on the aforesaid ground, of an articled assistant on a plain paper along with the recommendation / consent of the Principal for transfer / termination of articleship accompanied by evidence / proof (self-attested by the articled assistant) may be sent to the regional council of ICAI. Request for transfer not accompanied by consent of Principal shall not be accepted.
After getting the consent of the Institute Form 109 may be send to the above said office.
On its acceptance execute fresh article ship for the remaining period with a new employer (practising CA).
