As per the present CA curriculum -May 2018.
Now the eligibility criteria is -the student must be doing the last six months of articleship on the first day in which the exams are held. Since on 1st Nov 2017 you have not completed 2.5 years, you're not eligible in that attempt. On May 2018 only you gain the eligility.
If new scheme comes and you opt for it, your attempt will be Nov 2018(articleshipo must be completed under the revised scheme to be eligible.)
