Arrears relief

02 May 2016 We are the employer we did not deducted the Tax RS.2050 on arrears which we paid in August Rs.20500. if we give the arrears relief u/s 89(1) the tax liability would be RS.902.
My Query is how much we have to pay tax with interest Rs.2050 which is before relief or Rs.902 which after relief?
