Are Service Tax (Amendment) Rules, 2011 [Notification NO. 3/2011-ST dated 01-03-2011] applicable for B.Com (Hons.)-III and IPCC May 2012 exams?

Accoding to me yes bcoz these amendments have came into effect from 01.04.2011 and any amendements before six month from the date of exam are applicable.
