02 September 2018 Are 12A & 80G registration for Income Tax Exemption done by online ? If yes, how it is done and from which website it is done ? Please guide me ?

02 September 2018 As per Notification No. 10/2018-Income Tax issued by the CBDT as on 19.02.2018.

Charitable or religious trust or institution can apply for registration under section 12A online.

For registration of Charitable or religious trust or institution require to file Form-10A.

Document Require for Online registration:-

1. Certified copy of the instrument under which the trust/institution was created/established, if applicable.

03 September 2018 The Trust needs to log into its account on www.incometaxefiling.gov.in .. see ther forms other than ITR

Thank you . I have found the link. Can please tell that do I need to send hard copy of the Application and documents to the respective income tax commissioner as I have found no option for attachment.
