Can be please elaborate the difference between ARE 1 and CT 1
And please do tell me when ARE 1 and ARE 3 to be issued.

ARE-1 Means Application for Removal of Excisable goods without payment of duty to Export. While removing goods for export or SEZ Supplies you have to prepare ARE-1.
CT-1 is certificate for procurement of excisable goods without payment of Duty, Merchant exporter can procure excisable goods without payment of duty.
CT-3 is certificate for clearing the goods to EOU unit without payment of duty & same have to prepare ARE-3, Without CT-3 manufacturer can't commence supply to EOU.
