Here i came across a situation that Mr.A(Exporter) has Supplied goods to Mr. B of Mumbai (Clearing Agent) . And Mr.B is required to export goods to Mr.C of England(Importer). In this case who is required to Submit for ARE-1 form ? I mean A or B ?
