28 March 2012 We are availing Central Excise Duty Exemption Under Central Excise Not. no. 30/2004 CE dt. 09.07.2004 on our final product. My question is whether issue of ARE 1 is compulsory to issue for expemtion holders for export of goods

28 March 2012 yes liable for issue, if you will not generate ARE-1 how can you take DGFT benefit too.
