generally with in 24hours of export we have submit ARE-1 to superindentant of central excise but
we make invoice on today but export will clear from factory on day after tomorrow what i do for this situation

Are-1 is a form of Application for removal of excisable goods for export by (Air/Sea/
Post/Land).

within 24 hours of preparation invocie you can clear the consignment for exportation. Please ensure to submitt the relavant copies of ARE 1 to range officer for theri records
