I want to apply for registration of a Hospital u/s.17(2) of the Income Tax Act. Pl advice to whom the application made and the format for such application if any.

13 May 2024 there is no standard format. You need to submit a request along with the list of compliance under Rule 3A to the jurisdictional Principal Commissioner/Chief Commissioner Income-tax (Exemptions).
