02 February 2010 Do we have to get the approval of members again in EGM, if the figures of balance sheet have been modified? The previously approved balance sheet is already been filed. so what to do? Is it mandatory to take approval of memeberes before filing the new balance sheet with ROC. if yes under which section?

As per my opinion now you can not change the balance sheet as the same has already been filed with ROC after adoption in the board meetings.
