Within what time the Board of directors have to approve the Annual Accounts if the extension for time to hold the AGM has been approved by the ROC? It can be after September 30.

Lets take an example---after getting ROC extension last date for AGM is December 21, 2010.
In that case you have to hold a BM to adopt account and approve AGM notice around December 06, 2010.
This calculation is in accordance with section 171 and 53 of companies ac, 1956.
