28 November 2010 sir i have filed form 1a and the name has been approved and i have not got any mail or letter from ROC regarding this. i checked through mca website about it's approval and filed form 1. as now i have to send the documents to ROC which includes that letter can you please let me know how can i trace that letter in MCA's website. i have an registered user account in MCA website

28 November 2010 Now no need to upload that approval letter to MCA Portal or to give the hard copy to the ROC office.

28 November 2010 after filing form 1 there is no need to send hard copy MOA,AOA,NOC & POA then what we have to do and how should we get to know the procedure is complete please calrify

28 November 2010 Check the "track transaction staus" in MCA Portal with the SRN. Also check the e-mail in the e-mail id given in e-form 1.
