if the company fails to intimate the appointment of the auditor within 7 days from the date of appointment whether any problem arise ??? if so what it is..?? whether there is any remedy for the same...???

On this the Companies Act, 1956 is silent. You send it and the auditor will file it with in 30 days from acceptance.
