A Public Ltd Company want to appoint Director Son @ Rupees 200000 Monthly Remuneration. What are Compliances. He is Software Engineer.

As per NOTIFICATION [F. NO. 17/174/2011-CL.V], DATED 7-7-2011 any appointment of a relative for a remuneration upto Rs. 2,50,000.00 can be done without any restriction.
