27 January 2010 Our one client company, which is also joint venture co has 72% Foreign share holding, can it treat as subsidiary of public company and if we want to appoint MD in these company can only board's resolution is sufficient or we have to get the permission of RD as like public company

28 January 2010 Even in case of public company, approval of RD is not required for appt of MD.

28 January 2010 in this joint venture company one indian public limited company is having 28% share capital is sec 43A(6) or 4(7) is applicable to this co. and pls tell me sections to support your answer
