Appointment of Managing Director in case of loss

04 August 2009 MD's appointment is ending before AGM.If there is loss in the Pr. Year but profit in the I Quarter, can Managing Director be reappointed in the AGM or Central Govt. approval is required. please let me have checklist for re-appointment of MD.

Kindly appreciate for the re-appointment of MD earning of profit/loss does not make any difference.

You may re-appointment of MD even if there is any loss in the company.

However remuneration to MD is dependent on profit of the company.
