Appointment of investor director in private company

We are a Private Limited company started a year back. We have raised fund(Share Capital) through private angel investors. There are 8 investors who have invested in business and they want us to appoint any one investor as Investor Director and include in the board.

What is the process of appointing Investor Director?

You just need to designate him/her as nominee director while filing Form DIR-12.
