28 June 2014 We want to appoint a director in an existing company but the director proposed to be appointed who was not appointed as director in any other company before .
I want to ask whether is it required to attach form DIR-8 with the form DIR-12

30 June 2014 A director has to file DIR-8 to the company. No need to file DIR-8 with ROC/MCA.
