I have filled application of allotment of Din by filling DIN 1 Form and got approval letter of DIn.what is procedure for filling appointment of director in ROC?

within what period of time form 32 is fillied?while filling form 32,which document required to be attached?

within 30 days of from the date of appointment, e-Form 32 need to be filed with attaching the Consent letter to act as a director obtained from the director
