If person is not having share in A Compnay. It is possible to appoint Director in A company. pls. explain what to do

Can be made if allowed by the articles of the company.

To be a director of a company shareholding is not mandatory...
In other words a person can become director of a company without holding any shares in the company.
Even articles can not put this kind of restriction read with section 9 of the companies act, 1956.
