Can a Person appointed as a Director of Pvt Ltd company even if he has not subscibe shares of that company.What is d legal complince to be done.

You can appoint such person as director f the company.
To become a director of the company it is not required to be a member/shareholder of the company.

obviously, if AOA if the company does not specifically provides the same , a person need not to hold share of the compay, further if AOA provides of qualification , it must be arranged within 2 months of appointment.
