Appointment of designated partner in llp

30 December 2014 Hi,

Can anyone tell me what are the procedures to appoint a designated partner in LLP in addition to existing 2 partners..What Documents we need to be Drafted and is there any compulsion to contribute the capital for new incoming designated partner .. can anyone provide me the format of Resolution.

30 December 2014 You have to file consent of director to act as designated partner in form 4. desinated partners can be more than 2.

capital contribution depends on the mutual agreement. no compulsion.

30 December 2014 Ok, Is there will be any modification in LLP agrmt. because of change in PSR and no. of Designated partner because in existing LLP agmt. we have given the name of two partner. so what about incoming partner in agmt. and Resolution.
