Appointment of designated partner in llp

Can anyone tell me what are the procedures to appoint a designated partner in LLP in addition to existing 2 partners..What Documents we need to be Drafted and is there any compulsion to contribute the capital for new incoming designated partner .. can anyone provide me the format of Resolution.
