18 August 2010 Can a BM resolution appointing CS be passed when the CS is going to join after the date of BM ? Also the consent is given earlier before the date of BM. Is there any implications from the point of filing form 32?

18 August 2010 Date of filing of form 32 would be the date of board resolution. Actual joining may be delayed if board is satisfied.

But form 32 is due from BM date.

19 August 2010 But the company wants the appointment date be taken with prospective effect, considering which the form 32 be filed taking into consideration the date of appt which is later to the BM date. As per my understanding, the form 32 is filed within 30 days of appt. and we want the appt date after the BM date. Now is it correct to take the date of Form 32 from the date of appt. not the date of BM? Plz rectify, if not.
