17 October 2013 A Company want to appoint cost auditor for financial year 12 - 13 now. The resolution to be attached with Form 23C should be of prior date i.e of June 2012 or of the current date since appointment is done now ?? What can be the problem which may arise if the resolution is of present date and if the resolution is of prior date ??
