If a subsequent auditor is
removed at a meeting other than AGM (i.e EGM), what is procedure for
appointment of auditor at that meeting? If the appointment is not made, can
Central govt. appoint an auditor at a meeting
which is not an AGM? Please reply Sir.

The vacancy arising due to removal of the Auditor at EGM must be filled by the Board of Directors of the Company as a Casual Vacancy.
It is only where an auditor is not appointed/re-appointed at an AGM, Central Govt can appoint an auditor.
