whether appointment of auditor for term 5 years is compulsory for all companies ...
During last AGM auditor appointed for year 2014-15 only for one year.. It correct as per law..
what are consequences if not appointed for 5 years ..
what is the solution to overcome this issue?

5 years is the maximum time.any company can appoint auditor for less period. if auditor is appointed for less than 5 years, then he can be appointed.
