Statutory Auditor for Govt. Company is appointed by CAG and not in AGM so do we need to File the requisite form within 15 days.

28 September 2014 In the case of Newly incorporated co., the company need not to sent a special form... just a consent letter from the auditor is sufficient... For Govt. Co. its auditor is appointed by CAG... if not done in prescribed time period then by the BOD if they also not able to appoint then Company has to call EGM
