13 October 2011 While Appointing Auditor in the AGM .. The Appointment should be in the name of the Auditor or in the name of the Audit firm ..

Whether the appointment will be intimated to the auditor by the Auditor's name or Audit firm's name
Note:If the Audit Firm is a Proprietory Concern..

13 October 2011 well the appointment can be either in the name of propritor or in the name of proprietor firm in case of proprietory concern

but in case of partnership, it shld be in the name of firm

But appropriatly the appointment should be in the name of proprietory concern
