In a public company there are 4 Directors & all are drawing remuneration. Form 32 was filed when they were appointed. However i would like to know if there are any more compliances.

In case of public company you should have the proper combination of executive and non executive directors.

At least 50% of the Board should be non executive director who will decide the remuneration of executive directors.

My company is a public company but it is not listed so i guess the executive & non executive thing is not applicable.

Yes, but he should be executive director or you can change their position from non executive to executive.
