i Would like to know that whether the appointment of a new director and cessation of theold one can be filed in on single form 32.

But remember one thing if your company is a private company with minimum 2 directors, then in that case first file form-32 for appointment of new dir and after approval of this first form-32 upload second form-32 for resignation of director.
