03 April 2015 Hi,
I have been appointed as a Finance Manager in a company from 30 March 2015.I am holding COP for the past 2 yrs.May I continue to hold COP & state as if the company is my client and I am providing accounting,taxation legal and other services to the company as a Finance Manager?

Whether I should draft/get drafted an engagement letter or appointment letter in this regard?
