Applying for pan card

Hi all,
I already have PAN card (minor type). Now, I want to apply for a major type PAN.
I know the procedure, but my problem is I want to change my name in PAN card. It is printed as GANAPATHY S in the minor card. I want it to be printed as GANAPATHY VIGNESH in the major card.

I have Aadhaar card as Proof of Identity and address and HSC certificate as Proof of Date of Birth.
In Aadhaar card, only my first name (GANAPATHY) is printed. In HSC certificate, it is printed as GANAPATHY @ VIGNESH.
Is there any way to apply for PAN card with the name GANAPATHY VIGNESH.....???

you provide any other proof where its showing full name as u want it else it will not be accepted,

All of my proof is simply 'GANAPATHY' or 'GANAPATHY @ VIGNESH'...
