Please advice whether Human Resource Services provided for outsourcing manpower shall be considered under business or profession for the purpose of applicability of section 44AB.

Who is giving it? Individual?
If only consultancy charges are received, it will fall under PROFESSION.
But, assessee is regularly paying to various people on monthly salary basis and receiving lumpsum from the outsourcer, the it will fall under business.
