one of my client is not providing service now
but in next years he will going to provide taxable services. So can it make applicaiton for the service tax no.??
i know it is not compulsor. But can u tell whether it is advicable???

there is no need of registration unless value of taxable service is more than Rs. 9lakhs during the year.

No requirement of any servive tax Registration if your T.O does not goes above 10 lacs in any F.Y.

sir i already know that there is no requirement unless T.O. crosses 9 lacs But i want to confirm that for getting servicetax credit
