Hello,
I am a dealer registered under Maharashtra VAT and CST. How do I apply for C Form? What is the procedure? Is it done online or only by visiting the Sales Tax Office?

1st download Form from following site, then fill and upload REM file, C Form will be delivered to your Registered Address in VAT RC

Just want to confirm that the below is the correct form:

Also, how frequently has this to be applied for? Is it quarterly? Or does it depend upon the return frequency of the dealer?
Also, does the above form have to be filled after the period is completed or during the period itself? For eg. if I purchase a machinery from Gujarat on 1st March 2012, when should I fill the above form?
