17 December 2015 SIR KINDLY GUIDE ME ON,
What is the procedure to be followed by the TRUST for Getting exemption certificate for 80G? Further if trust has formed 4 years back and is in operation for needy children for their education. Where should trust apply? As in to ITO or to Exemption Commissioner? What is the legal form?
