if i have more than one branches whether i should apply for centerlise registration or apply individual?

IF ACCOUNTING AND BILLING OF YOUR SERVICE IS MAINTAINED BY ONE OFFICE, YOU CAN GET CENTERLISED REGISTRATION. SUCH REGISTRATION DEPENDS ON CATEGORY OF SERVICE TOO.
AS PER MY PERSONAL OPINION, REGISTRATION MUST BE APPLIED BRANCH WISE; UNTIL/UNLESS IT IS MUCH ESSENTIAL.
